Pool, Pontoon & Parking. This well presented poolside apartment is in the centre of Salcombein a prime harboursideposition amid beautiful gardens with a heated swimming pool (and separate children’s paddling pool). It enjoys magnificent views of the main anchorage towards South Pool Creek. It has an allocated parking space and a mooring on its private pontoon.
The open plan lounge and kitchen area enjoy spectacular views across the pool, garden and estuary. The lounge area has a television, 2 comfortable settees, dining table and chairs and patio door to poolside terrace.The U shaped kitchen is very well equipped including dishwasher. A high chair is available for a tiny tot.
The apartment has a spacious twin bedroom with views over the gardens and estuary waters. There is an internal double bedroom from which, with French doors open, views out over the anchorage are particularly special at sunrise. This room has an en suite shower, w.c. and hand basin.
The separate bathroom consists of bath with shower over, hand basin, w.c., shaver point. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails to help dry off your swimming gear.
Reclining chairs are available for use in the garden which is one of the last spots in Salcombe to enjoy the evening sun.
The apartment can be accessed from the main reception area (stairs) or level access from the car park via the secure garden gate making this apartment ideal for those with restricted mobility (regrettably not wheelchair users). The apartment is not suitable for young children due to its proximity to the swimming pool but is perfect for family holidays and couples with a very young baby.
A gate at the far end of the garden provides direct access to the ferry steps from which it is possible to take the ferry to East Portlemouth.
