Overview – This bespoke, one bedroom apartment was renovated and refurbished to the highest of standards by the owner, specifically aimed at ensuring you get the utmost out of your stay in Salcombe. It is not a second home and as such, has been fitted out to meet the expectations of the discerning holiday client. Centrally heated throughout, this apartment will be cosy regardless of the season. Quality Vi-Spring double bed, high thread count cotton bed linen, Egyptian cotton towels and bath robes are all provided to ensure your stay is both comfortable and luxurious. Beach towels are also provided by the owner.
Location – Half way up Shadycombe Road Hill, with beautiful views over Shadycombe Creek, Snapes Point and Salcombe Harbour. The views can be enjoyed from all rooms with the exception of the bathroom, but are particularly impressive from the lounge, kitchen and private balcony. There is a short, two minute walk into Salcombe’s shopping, pub and restaurant area of the town. There is a hill on the final approach to the apartment and guests are asked to be mindful of their walking ability prior to booking. The apartment is close enough to town to be almost in it, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. It really is a gem!
